Assistant Sales Manager-Modern Trade & Export (M/F (2) Posts)
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for both modern trade and international export markets
- Define and monitor sales targets, promotional campaigns, and product position strategies
- Maintain good relationships with category buyers and merchandisers
- Ensure product visibility, stock rotation, and planogram execution across stores
- Identify and secure new modern trade accounts (e.g., City Mart, Ocean, G&G, etc.)
- Identify potential markets and international partners for food product exports
- Manage the complete export process including documentation, compliance, and coordination with freight forwarders
- Engage with international distributors as needed
- Liaise externally with modern trade partners, key accounts, and export clients
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and improve performance
- Monitor competitor activity in modern trade partners, Key accounts, and export clients
- Generate sales and performance reports for management
- Prepare related reports required by Management in timely manner
Job Requirements
- Any Graduate & Related Diploma holder
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales, particularly in modern trade and export
- Age between 30 to 45 years
- Strong command of English (spoken and written)
- Ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly
- Excellent negotiation, leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools
- Strong interpersonal and Presentation Skill
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Salary: (Negotiate with your experience) + Attendance Bonus + Phone Bill Allowance + After probation Salary Increase + Yearly Salary Increase
